About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, prepare, and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests with precision.
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate lab instruments and equipment.
- Record and analyze test data accurately.
- Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support doctors and healthcare professionals with diagnostic information.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc MLT/DMLT in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Lab Technician preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
